June 3, 2015 There are strong beliefs in the following article by Joseph Botts. Many may find truth in it while others may be offended, either on principal, the truth they see in it or they may simply think it is nonsense. What do YOU see in it?

It is best that we (better late than never) finally lean on God and not on our own understanding.
The majority of individuals which became known as “The Greatest Generation” were anywhere from about 5 years old to their mid twenties when the Great Depression hit, knew none of the very basic things we take for granted, even simple things like flush toilets, or electricity for lighting their homes.
Big cities had horse drawn deliveries of ice for home ice boxes [predating electric refrigerators to preserve food] As for buying food?
Mother would select a chicken from an open market, where the vendor would wring its neck; the process of preparing it for the evening meal involved plucking out the feathers, chopping off the head and feet, and gutting it.
The mass produced food we obtain from the grocers in their pristine plastic packages, started in the early 60’s. See Food INC.
Technology has blurred the lines between fantasy and reality; we’re facing a quantum leap forward in man’s knowledge, without the wisdom or moral fiber needed to use it wisely, and not do things simply because we can.
Those folks who gave up so much, to keep the world from falling into a dark pit of Fascism, are all but gone. The life experiences of those who survived the second world war need to be kept at the forefront, not relegated to the bad cliff notes that common core “education” textbooks have made of them.
GP Cox, author of the Pacific Paratrooper blog provides a unique look at those times. The link at top introduces you to the site, and his father, in whose memory the site is dedicated. Here is an excerpt from one of his earliest posts; an example of man’s nature being basically evil, not good:
Setting the stage for war
Teddy Roosevelt, a frail and sickly aristocrat, was taught thru his youth and at Harvard of Aryan supremacy in government and intellect. Columbia University professor John Burgess impressed him with white American world domination. With this ideology, he followed the European nations in absorbing colonies. He pushed for control of the Philippines where the American behavior was deplorable, but overlooked. The U.S. Minister to Japan, DeLong, encouraged “General” Charles LeGendre to go to Japan and instruct them on invasion tactics and instigate his “Monroe Doctrine” for Asia. (Three decades later it would be known as the Greater East Asia Co-prosperity Sphere of WWII). When Japan invaded Manchuria, Roosevelt said, “I was thoroughly pleased with the Japanese victory for Japan is playing our game.” Although U.S. advisors assured Korea that America was their “Elder Brother,” in 1905 Roosevelt closed the embassy and said, “I should like to see Japan have Korea.” The Nobel prize committee did not know of his secret meetings with Japan during the Russo-Japanese War and gave him the Peace prize anyway.
Roosevelt had not only opened the door for Japan to conquer neighboring nations, he gave them the ideal instructor and plans to do it with. For detailed information see: The Imperial Cruise, by James Bradley
“Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R., Va.) stated in a letter to FBI Director James Comey that Heather Samuelson, former White House liaison to the State Department, used two Lenovo laptops to sort some of the thousands of classified emails from Clinton’s server.
“Lenovo computers, and specifically the models used by Heather Samuelson for reviewing classified emails, have been shown by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to contain software, dating back to 2010, that permits remote hacking attacks,” Goodlatte stated.”
And that’s not anything compared to other info…

If any of you have read the fictional book Ghost Fleet by P.W. Singer, stories like this make it very real. Things like this pose a very REAL threat to National Security and Military Defense. Apart from the “spying” aspect, consider for a moment how many of the components and essential software for the new F-35 Fighter are Chinese manufactured? How easy it would be for them to hide malware or malicious code to essentially corrupt the system and cause it to crash in the middle of a mission? Not a pretty picture.
This is a new kind of war folks and it’s raging right now.

More info on “Repackaging Gun Control” here:
Initiatives to impose so-called “universal background check” laws are pending in Maine and Nevada, and a similar initiative was passed in Washington State in 2014. In addition to claiming that these laws don’t outlaw private transfers of guns or “criminalize traditional behavior,” proponents also allege the background check laws have “commonsense” and “reasonable exceptions.”
The NRA opposes these measures for many good reasons – that they are misleadingly portrayed as applying to only “sales,” that they accomplish little besides burdening honest gun owners with new fees and paperwork, and because these laws regulate temporary loans, gifts and similar innocuous “transfers” of guns, with few and inadequate exemptions.
The (OFSA), enacted in 2015, follows the template of such “universal background check” laws and initiatives. The OFSA applies when any change of possession of a gun occurs, even if ownership or title remains the same, by defining a “transfer” as any “delivery of a firearm from a transferor to a transferee, including, but not limited to, the sale, gift, loan or lease of the firearm.” It prohibits a gun sale or “transfer” between persons who are not federally licensed, unless the transaction is completed through a licensed gun dealer. Both parties “must appear in person before a gun dealer, with the firearm, and request that the gun dealer perform a criminal background check on the transferee.”
Even for temporary loans or where no money changes hands, all of the paperwork that applies to a retail sale of a firearm applies. Dealers are authorized to charge fees for “facilitating” these transactions, which means a loan of a gun costs the lender or borrower twice over (once for the loan, and again when the gun is returned). A person who fails to comply with these requirements commits a criminal offense –a felony if the person has a previous conviction.
The OFSA has limited exceptions, including temporary transfers between specified family members (but not in-laws), for law enforcement officers (only “while that person is acting within the scope of official duties”), or to prevent death or serious physical injury (but the threat must be “imminent” and the gun must be returned “immediately”).
The recent case of Jeremy Lucas, the rector of Christ Church Episcopal Parish in Lake Oswego, Oregon, illustrates perfectly the shortcomings of the OFSA and the initiatives on the ballot this fall.
Reverend Lucas, a former lawyer and lobbyist, purchased $3,000 worth of tickets for a softball team’s raffle of an AR-15 rifle, seeking to win the rifle so he could destroy it in a symbolic act. After winning the raffle, Rev. Lucas went through the mandatory background check process at a licensed gun dealer before claiming the gun. He reportedly then gave the gun to a parishioner to store while he decided what to do with it.
Regardless of motive or intent, the “delivery of a firearm” to another person for storage is still a “transfer” governed by the OFSA. According to news reports, local police have asked the Oregon State Police to investigate the matter. If convicted of a misdemeanor violation of the OFSA, Rev. Lucas could face a maximum fine of $6,250 and up to a year in jail.
This isn’t the only instance where a “universal” background check law has backfired. In 2014, the Lynden Pioneer Museum, a small museum in Washington State, decided to return historical firearms loaned for an exhibit to the owners before the exhibit terminated and before the state’s initiative law took effect, pointing to the financial burden of background checks and the lack of any exemption for museums, historical societies and similar entities.
Proponents of the Washington law dismissed these concerns, tut-tutting that “you can’t craft every possibility into every law,” but the museum’s apprehension was echoed by other museums and institutions that borrow or exhibit guns. Similarly, the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) issued a guidance concerning “transfers” during hunter education classes. Resting on a convoluted interpretation of the initiative law, this concluded that volunteer instructors were “law enforcement” and exempted from the background check requirements, but only “when in formal volunteer status for WDFW and acting within the scope of their authority.” However, student-to-student transfers of firearms would not qualify under that exemption, prompting a suggestion that instructors use only air rifles or facsimiles that did not meet the definition of a “firearm” under the initiative.
Initiatives for this type of “universal background check” law will be voted on this November in Nevada (Question 1) and Maine (Question 3). Both initiatives have generous financial backing from former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s “Everytown for Gun Safety” group, and proponents of both claim the measures represent “common-sense” proposals to regulate gun sales, with “reasonable” and adequate exceptions. These proposals, though, ignore reality: the vast majority of criminals who acquire firearms don’t go through legal channels, and won’t bother with a background check. As we’ve said all along, the most substantial impact these laws will have is to turn law-abiding gun owners into criminals.
My comment on this post:
Consider the percentage of homes that use cell phones only. (the following link is 5 and a half yrs old!) http://www.cbsnews.com/news/percentage-of-cell-phone-only-us-homes-doubles/
These you well know are a bell around your neck; moreover Caller I.D. built into the latest ones cannot be turned off. Does anyone even question these developments? F no.
Facial recognition is a small part of the many ways Big Brother already has your number. (Pun intended)
X here – Additionally, folks are encouraged to link everything together, including your landline. Eliminating the landline provider is as bad as bundling your phone to their internet “service” just to save money; and there is little “savings”. If the power goes out at your home, there is no phone service. http://www.lavasurfer.com/info/replace-landline.html
A more recent post (2014) Suggests landlines are facing extinction:
Why we need to return to paper ballots, counted with representatives of the major parties present during the counting in every precinct.
“Voter Fraud” is the latest and loudest of the screams coming from the Trump Campaign as America’s best hope for a future tries his best …. against all odds …. to warn The American People about the rampant corruption in our election system.
But the Left Wing …. sweating fear from their asses that The Donald might win …. are telling us, “Relax, you fucking ignorant sheep! There is no voter fraud going on. The “System” works very well and is guarded very closely!”
Did Pew Research Organization find out recently that 24 million voter registration records in America are estimated to be either totally invalid or have long since lost their validity and aren’t worth the paper they are printed on? Yes they did.

Where were American Christians when:
Engel v. Vitale 370 U.S. 421 (1962), was a landmark United States Supreme Court case that ruled it is unconstitutional for state officials to compose an official school prayer and encourage its recitation in public schools.
Atheist Madeline Murray- O’Hare, at that time a resident of Baltimore, had filed a similar lawsuit, which the high court consolidated with the Pennsylvania case.
This is just one example of perverting the founding fathers original intent when they penned the Establishment Clause; intended to prevent government from establishing a state religion. Period.
Remember, at the time, governments elsewhere were Monarchies; the concept of a government “By the People” was a forthright experiment, perceived by a group of patriots, who recognized that the freedoms they espoused came from the Creator, not from mere men.
This ignoble act set a precedent for the incremental, creeping, secular humanist mindset bent on eroding the Judaeo-Christian values which were the foundation upon which our nation was established.
Where were American Christians when in 1973 the Supreme Court ignoring these values, and in defiance of scripture, legalized Infanticide? [Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113 (1973), is a landmark decision by the United States Supreme Court on the issue of abortion. -Via Wikipedia]
Bad enough at its inception, since then it expanded its breadth to include fully formed babies, ready to be born. “Planned Parenthood” -more honestly, “Planned Infanticide”- funded by government tax dollars, OUR taxes, has become the Holocaust of the unborn. The fight to stem “Partial Birth” infanticide [call it out for what it is] has been overshadowed by the revelation of Planned Parenthood profiting from the sale of baby parts. Like the Third Reich’s “Final Solution”, which made soap out of camp victims fat, used their hair for mattresses, and unblemished skin for lampshades, this is not just an organized death machine, but one that profits from mass murder.
Where were American Christians when public schools started drugging children for being children? -Note: From stories I heard, administered at levels adults would have been given!- Ritalin , [Methylphenidate, sold under various trade names] Adderall , and other psychotropic medications should never have been forced on young, not yet fully developed bodies.
ADD and ADHD as pertaining to children is a damned lie. I bet the big drug companies loved that development…
Do not wonder why we are faced with so many issues threatening our country. These are examples of silence in the face of Evil. In itself Evil.
The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing. Edmund Burke

In twenty-five days, A decision will be made that decides whether the U.S. remains a Constitutional Republic, or falls into the abyss.
I’m not one for those “after the Apocalypse” movies; the link at bottom is to a series which while fiction, could, in view of prevailing conditions around the world, be one reality if good men do nothing. Perhaps some will remember a film called “Outbreak”; this series makes Outbreak pale in comparison.
The sheer courage of one Navy Destroyer crew and a few civilians, both pawns of Government, and the corrupt nature of man, are the elements that make “The Last Ship” a sobering experience.
