Below are items I received via e-mail from allies here.  Other egregious acts are made known by mail from conservatives, which occur in our country and abroad on a daily basis.  In 2012,  prior to the “elections”, thinking we were going to reverse course, I created a video and posted it on YouTube.  Unfortunately, the error was not corrected; the only thing that changed is that things have become far worse.  If the elites try to rig the elections this go around,  I don’t care what “Party” you are affiliated with, WRITE IN Donald Trump.

Wake up! It’s not “Howdy Doody” time in America anymore.  Here is a viewpoint I  received awhile back, from a Veteran, some years my senior.  Realize we’re angry and fed up.  I agree.

Trump Explained

When was the last time you could vote for the ideal candidate?  I’m old, and I always voted.  I can’’t remember ever thinking any were ideal.  We always have two choices, usually Tweedledee and Tweedledum. If you didn’’t vote for Tweedledee,  you got Tweedledum.  That’s the way it is folks.

Now consider this… an interesting analogy.

You’ve been on vacation for two weeks, you come home, and your basement is infested with raccoons.  Hundreds of rabid, messy, mean, raccoons have overtaken your basement.  You want them gone immediately, so you hire a guy.  A pro.  You don’t care if the guy smells, you need those raccoons gone pronto and he’s the guy to do it!

You don’t care if the guy swears, you don’t care if he’s an alcoholic, you don’t care how many times he’s been married, you don’t care if he has plumber’s crack… you simply want those raccoons gone!  You want your problem fixed! He’s the guy. He’s the best. Period.

That’s why Trump.  Yes, he’s a bit of a jerk at times.  Yes, he’s an egomaniac, but you don’t care. The country is a mess because politicians are playing games and we are all sick and tired of Tweedledee and Tweedledum choices.  The Democrats are killing us, the Republican Party is gutless, liberals don’t have a clue, and illegals are everywhere.  You want it all fixed!

You don’t care that Trump is crude, you don’t care that he insults people, you don’t care that he had been friendly with Hillary, you don’t care that he’s been married 3 times, you don’t care that he fights with Megan Kelly and Rosie O’Donnell, you don’t care that he doesn’t know the name of some Muslim terrorist.

This country is weak, bankrupt, our enemies are making fun of us, we are being invaded by illegal’s, we are becoming a nation of victims where every Tom, Ricardo and Hamid is a special group with special rights; to a point where we don’’t even recognize the country we were born and raised in,  “AND WE JUST WANT IT FIXED”.

Trump is the only guy who seems to understand what the people want.  You’re sick of politicians, sick of the Democratic Party, the Republican Party, and sick of illegal’s.  You just want this thing fixed.

Trump may not be a saint, but no person or company he has ever done business with has come forward and called him corrupt, or hard to do business with.  He doesn’’t have lobbyist money holding him, and he doesn’’t have political correctness restraining him.  All you know is that he has been well educated at the university of Pennsylvania business school, seems to have boundless energy, has been very successful, a good negotiator, he has built a lot of things, and he’s not a cowardly, deceitful, professional politician.  And he says he’ll fix it.

You don’t care if the guy has bad hair.

You just want those raccoons gone.

Out of your house!

Now!!!!

THIS MAY BE WHY HE LEADS THE POLLS.

I think that pretty much says it all.  R.S.V.P.     X

Missing 13th Amendment To The United States Constitution

Socialism is not the Answer

If this is true………..it answers a lot of questions. Let’s face it, it is the reason your Reps don’t really care what you think. What they do is illegal, corrupt and punishable by death if We the People got our hands on them, but hey, that’s just my opinion.

Reprinted from the Oregon Observer for April 1997 with permission [Note: See Becraft on the Missing 13th. Forest ] ________________________________________ In 1983 David Dodge and Tom Dunn were searching for evidence of government corruption in public records in a Belfast Library on the coast of Maine. They uncovered probably the most explosive evidence ever uncovered in our history. They uncovered the United States Constitution printed in 1825, which was to prohibit lawyers from serving in Government.

Extensive research since then has uncovered the following:

1.) The unlawful removal of a ratified 13th Amendment from the US Constitution.

2.) The Amendment had been printed in at least 18 separate publications by 11 different states and territories from 1819 to 1868.

3.) The Amendment was secretly removed from documents by a group of lawyers and bankers. In its place was entered the slave Amendment, which was the 14th amendment, which was changed to the 13th Amendment. All of this occurred during the turmoil of the civil war.

4.) Since the Amendment was not lawfully repealed, it is still the law of the land.

5.) Colorado printed the correct 13th Amendment in 1668. [This probably should read 1868.]

The following is why the Amendment was written and what the meaning is: (Keep in mind we had just fought the Revolutionary War.) The “title of nobility” and words such as “nobility,” “honour,” “emperor,” “king,” “esquire” and “prince” normally would lead you, today, to dismiss this Amendment.

Just Read More

The “title of nobility” was prohibited in both Article VI of the Articles of Confederation (1777) and in Article I, Sec. 9 of the Constitution of the United States (1788). Although already prohibited by the Constitution, an additional “title of nobility” amendment was proposed in 1789, again in 1810 and was finally ratified in 1819 (The 13th Amendment to the constitution).

Here is the reason why.

According to the Tennessee laws 1715-1820, Vol. 11, p. 774, in the 1794 Jay Treaty, the United States agreed to pay 600,000 pounds sterling to King George III, as reparations for the American Revolution. The Senate ratified the treaty in secret session and ordered that it not be published. When Benjamin Franklin’s grandson published it, Congress was outraged and passed the Alien and Sedition Acts (1798) so Federal judges could prosecute editors and publishers for reporting the truth about the government. We had whipped the British and now our Senators had been bribed to serve the British Monarchy and betray the American people. That is subversion.

The United States Bank had been opposed by the Jeffersonians from the start, but the Federalists (the pro-monarch party) won out in its establishment. The initial capitalization was $10,000,000 with 80% owned by foreign bankers. Since the bank was authorized to lend up to $20,000,000 (double its paid capital) it was a profitable deal for both the government and the bankers, since they could lend and collect interest (usury) on $10,000,000 that did not exist.

The European bankers outfoxed the government and by 1796 the government owed the bank $6,200,000 and was forced to sell its shares. (By 1802, the U S government owned no stock in the United States Bank).

The power and ability of the banks to influence representative government by economic manipulation and outright bribery was exposed in 1811, when it was discovered European banking owned 80% of the bank. Congress refused to renew the bank charter, which led to the withdrawal of $7,000,000 by European investors. This caused a recession and the War of 1812.

There is a book in the Library of Congress Law Library called 2 VA LAW. This reveals the overthrow of the constitutional government by secret agreements engineered by the lawyers. That is one of the reasons for the 13th Amendment.

Seeking to rule the world and destroy the United States, bankers committed many crimes. To escape prosecution bankers hired and formed alliances with the best lawyers and judges money could buy. This alliance originally forged in Europe and Great Britain, spread to the colonies and into the newly formed United States of America.

Despite their criminal foundation, these alliances, forged in Europe, generated wealth and, ultimately, respectability. Like a modern unit of organized crime, English bankers and lawyers wanted to be admired as “legitimate businessmen.” As their criminal fortunes grew, so did their usefulness. So the British monarch legitimized these thieves by granting them “titles of nobility.”

Historically, the British peerage system referred to knights as “Esquires” and those who bore the knight’s shields as “Esquires.” As physical violence gave way to civilized means of theft, the pen grew mightier and more profitable. So those bankers and lawyers came to hold “titles of nobility.” The most common title was “Esquire” as is used today by lawyers.

In Colonial America, attorneys trained attorneys but most held no “title of nobility” or “honor.” There was no requirement that one be a lawyer to hold the position of district attorney, attorney general, or judge. A citizen’s “counsel of choice” was not restricted to a lawyer and there was no state or federal bar association. The only organization that certified lawyers was the International Bar Association, chartered by the King of England, head-quartered in London, and closely associated with the international banking system. Lawyers admitted to the IBA received the rank of “Esquire,” a “title of nobility.”

“Esquire” was the principle title of nobility which the 13th Amendment sought to prohibit, thus prohibiting the holding of office in America by bankers’ lawyers with an “Esquire” behind their names who were agents of the monarchy and European bankers.

Article 1, Sect. 9 of the Constitution sought to prohibit the International Bar Association or any other agency from granting titles of nobility. The Constitution was ignored and agents of the monarchy continued to infiltrate and influence the government as in the Jay Treaty and the US Bank charter incidents. Therefore, a “title of nobility” amendment that specified a penalty (loss of citizenship) was proposed in 1789 and again in 1810. The meaning of the amendment is seen in its intent to prohibit persons having titles of nobility and loyalties to foreign governments and bankers from voting, holding public office or using their skills to subvert the government.

The missing amendment is referred to as the “title of nobility” Amendment, but the second prohibition against “honour” (honor), may be more significant.

The archaic definition of “honor,” as used in the 13 Amendment, meant anyone obtaining or having an advantage or privilege over another.” A contemporary example of “honor” granted to only a few Americans is the privilege of being a judge. Lawyers can be judges and exercise the attendant privileges and powers non-lawyers can not.

By prohibiting “honors” the Amendment prohibits any advantage or privilege that would grant some citizens an unequal opportunity to achieve or exercise political power. The second meaning (intent) of the 13 Amendment is to ensure political equality among all American citizens, by prohibiting anyone, even government officials, from claiming or exercising special privilege or power (an “honor”) over other citizens.

For example, anyone who had a specific “immunity” from lawsuits which were not afforded to all citizens, would be enjoying a separate privilege, and “honor” and would therefore forfeit his right to vote or hold public office. Just think of the “immunities” from lawsuits that your judges, lawyers, politicians, and bureaucrats currently enjoy. Or “special interest” legislation your government passes. “Special interests” are simply euphemisms for “special privileges” or Honors.

Without their current personal immunities (honors), your judges and IRS agents would be unable to abuse common citizens without fear of legal liability. Your entire government would have to conduct itself according to the same standards of decency, respect, law, and liability as the rest of the nation. Your government’s ability to systematically coerce and abuse the public would be all but eliminated under the 13th Amendment.

Now you know why the bankers and lawyers secretly replaced the 13th amendment. Had they not, you would have the government our founding fathers intended when they passed the 13th Amendment, a government of the people, by the people, and for the people, a government whose members were truly accountable to the people; a government that could not systematically exploit its own people.

The 13th Amendment was ratified as follows: Maryland, Dec. 25, 1810 Tennessee, Nov. 21, 1811

Kentucky, Jan 31, 1811 Georgia, Dec. 13, 1811

Ohio, Jan 31, 1811 North Carolina, Dec.23, 1811

Delaware, Feb 2, 1811 Massachusetts, Feb. 27, 1812

Pennsylvania, Feb. 6, 1811 New Hampshire, Dec. 10, 1812

New Jersey, Feb. 13, 1811 Virginia, March 10, 1819

Vermont, Oct 24, 1811

The War of 1812 broke out with England. By the time the war ended in 1614 the British had burned the capitol, the library of congress, and most of the records of the first 38 years of government.

Then Virginia ratified the 13th Amendment on March 10, 1819. This completed the 13 states required to ratify an amendment. (Virginia Legislature Act No. 260, Virginia Archives of Richmond, file, page 299, micro-film). It was published by printing 4,000 copies, triple the usual order, with instructions to send a copy to President James Monroe, James Madison and Thomas Jefferson.

Then it was shown as an amendment to the Constitution. The 14th amendment was the slavery amendment. Now the 13th Amendment is missing.

Word spread of the ratification and the following occurred: • Rhode Island and Kentucky published the new Amendment in 1822.

• Ohio first published it in 1824.

• Maine ordered 10,000 copies of the Constitution with the 13th Amendment for school use in 1824 and again in 1831 for the Census Edition.

• Indiana Revised Laws of 1831 published the 13th article on page 20, Northwestern Territories in 1833.

• Ohio Published it in 1831 and again 1833.

• Wisconsin Territory in 1839.

• Iowa Territory in 1843.

• Ohio again in 1848.

• Kansas Statutes in 1855.

• Nebraska Territory 1855, 1856, 1857, 1858, 1859 and 1860.

• Colorado Territory printed the U. S Constitution in its Statutes publication showing the 13th Amendment in 1868.

It’s there. Just get into your dusty historical records and you will find that your state had it and now you are being robbed of your God given right to the 13th Amendment. You are now a peasant.

Article XIII of the 13th Amendment “1.) If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain, any title of nobility or honor, or shall, without the consent of congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them. “

Thanks to a fellow blogger, I switched my default search engine from Startpage, to Duck Duck Go.

I took a tour in the use of this site;  it is  a better way to start viewing my YouTube page, and other third party locations.  Just beginning to make use of it:  https://duckduckgo.com/tour

Here is one reason a pseudonym, and no personal info or pictures in any of your profiles is good for privacy; I typed “Professor X” into their search box;  the only entry that could apply to me doesn’t.  It is another YouTube channel with Professor X as the title.  https://duckduckgo.com/?q=professor+X&ia=about

My Jester’s mace page under “Action Groups”has the URL for smashgods.com to become “web  dead”. I suggest you make use of it to see just how exposed you are online.  (when at that site, type your name into the provided window to see your online exposure)

Moreover,  typing my name into Duck Duck’s search box had this result – three entries (are any of you familiar with “people finders”?) are listed; Intelius, Whitepages, and My Life.  Fortunately only one of these is entirely accurate; others have errors in their info, but the scary thing about those people finders is they tie in relatives,  places you’ve lived, and much more as noted below, in their reports, which for a fee reveals all they have on you.

X here; The titled commentary is not my creation.  It was posted by a true conservative ally.  There had been a time when I liked Mr. Levin; no longer.  I remember back in ’06 when I was stunned by a fellow, who was boldly asserting a conservative viewpoint on -of all places- CNN.  That was Glenn Beck.  It cost him his position at CNN.  However, Beck has long since disgraced himself.  I keep my own council regarding Rush Limbaugh.

A large part of this political charade is the reality that was blatantly ignored by both Congress, and the rest of the Rogue Government, when they allowed Obama to attain our country’s highest office –  Vattel’s Laws of Nations, which states:

§ 212. Citizens and natives.

The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens.

As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights. The society is supposed to desire this, in consequence of what it owes to its own preservation; and it is presumed, as matter of course, that each citizen, on entering into society, reserves to his children the right of becoming members of it.

The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent. We shall soon see whether, on their coming to the years of discretion, they may renounce their right, and what they owe to the society in which they were born.

I say, that, in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.

(Underlined areas my emphasis)

Trump is being contested by a bunch of spineless, pseudo conservatives, who have as much regard for the Constitution, as they have for a roll of toilet paper.  Vattel stated above, and this was our founding fathers guide when crafting the Constitution;  “those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers”…  so Ted Cruz, regardless of his birthplace, is, (and so is Rubio)  Constitutionally INELIGIBLE as a presidential candidate.   YET, HERE WE ARE.

Of phony conservatives, Donald Trump and the Muslim invasion.

April 27, 2016

Pretty much everyone should know by now that several conservative talk-show hosts and others in various media outlets are dead-set against Don Trump being the Republican nominee.  Last night I was listening to Mark Levin while driving home.  Man, this guy is like a child pouting because Ted Cruz is getting his ass handed to him by Mr. Trump.

It was ridiculous the way he spoke to his callers who criticized Cruz in the slightest way.  Rude, brash, hanging up on folks and treating them like they’re beneath the “great one.”  The writers over at Red State have been attacking Trump supporters relentlessly.

Here’s an example of what was written today It is zero surprise to me that the diseased and defunct remnants of the GOP in the Northeast would support a corrupt huckster like Trump, and it holds zero real relevance to what is going to happen going forward.

The good folks over at The Right Scoop have been attacking Trump continually.  Others display charts and graphs in an effort to demonstrate how “weak” Trump is.  And then there’s The Resurgent operated by Erick Erickson.  Yeah, the same Erick who has said multiple times that he will not vote for Trump “no matter what.”

He went on to say if Trump loses in the general election it will be the Trump supporter’s fault.  Huh???  Yep, how’s that for reasoning by someone who feels they are superior to us lowly voting conservatives.  Oh, he’s too conservative to lower himself to vote for Trump, I forgot about that.  Here’s a few quotes by Mr. Erickson regarding Trump supporters …

Trump supporters, no one should let you off of that bandwagon now. You should be handcuffed to that Titanic you volunteered to crew.

A lot of white supremacists support Donald Trump. But a lot of non-white supremacists support him too. A lot of people who have failed at life and blame others for their own mistakes support Trump as an act of vengeance against those they perceive as causing their life problems.

the tie that binds all Trump supporters is that they have absolutely no idea how they come off to other people. They are socially tone deaf. Regardless of the demographics, the income, the upward mobility or lack thereof, the success or failure in life, a great many Trump voters just don’t seem to fit in well in polite society and have therefore embraced his attacks on political correctness.

And here’s a good one by Conservatives Against Trump

To the extent it is within our power, we will not allow vulgarity to stand in the place of virtue.

Folks, each and every one of the aforementioned people and/or publications have devoted nearly all their air-time or writings bashing Donald Trump.  You rarely hear Levin mention Hillary and it’s difficult to find hardly any articles at The Right Scoop, Red State, Resurgent or SOOPERMEXICAN highlighting the lifetime of corruption carried by Hillary Clinton.  If they aren’t bashing Trump they go after his supporters.

Yes, it would be great if Ted Cruz were the Republican nominee.  But, sad to say, he’s a loser … or rather he’s losing bad.  Ted Cruz hasn’t done his work in convincing the voters that he’s the best man for the job, period.

Donald Trump doesn’t have to be polite or polished.  He doesn’t have to be an eloquent orator. He doesn’t have to even be conservative to protect America, her borders and her citizens.

I’m so damned sick of these sanctimonious, self-righteous conservatives who don’t know whether to wind their asses or scratch their watches.  They are the same people who sat on their asses and allowed a fraud to take the White House.

Every damn one of them, Mark Levin, Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, etc. knew Obama is a foreign national and a direct threat to America. But they sold out for their careers … for “Thank you for taking my call!” “You’re a great American!” “It’s an honor to speak with you Mr. Levin!”

Mark Levin just happens to be the d**k-weed who subtly admitted that Obama was a foreign national.  But it would be too much of a hassle to fight it.  THE CONFESSION IS IN THE SCENARIO PUT FORTH BY LEVIN.

Click on the above link and listen.

What a piece of dung!

The phonies wouldn’t stand up to Obama and they have the audacity to claim that Trump isn’t conservative enough?  There is a lot about Trump that I completely disagree with.  But I’m still of the mind-set that if we don’t stop the illegals from flooding the United States and stop the Muslims from coming in, we won’t be worrying about baking cakes for same sex married couples, or late-term abortions, or most of the other stuff so important to conservatives.

We’ll be worrying about some terrorist who Obama let in blowing himself up in the mall while we’re shopping.  We’ll be afraid to let our wives and kids go to the park … afraid they’ll get raped and murdered by some illegal alien.

Let’s be clear about something.  The U.S. under Presidents Bill Clinton, G.W. Bush and Barack Obama have for decades been importing Muslims by the tens of thousands … without the knowledge of the American public.

Here’s a little chart to give you some idea how those traitors occupying the White House have been importing terrorists …

Thanks to Bare Naked Islam

graphic-for-somali-refugees

I believe Donald Trump might put a stop to this insanity.  Hillary? Not so much.

Hillary’s immigration policy and her anti-gun rhetoric will sink her bid for the presidency. Gawd, how far down the toilet have we gone?  We have an Affirmative Action fraud squatting in the White House and his potential successor is being investigated by the FBI.

Prayer for the day: God please let Donald Trump win the presidency.

Am experiencing a mixture of humor, high annoyance and frustration; while I’m not given to “ranting”, today is an exception to that self imposed rule.  I avoid certain subjects on the Wild,Wild,Web so as to avoid its pitfalls.  This is an invitation to read between the lines…

A good position I no longer have, since last year, has had me making use of a state entity to rectify the situation.  This brings me to one of my continued peeves.  I have some select friends, all long term, whom I have known much longer than some “surveyors” “telemarketers”, and a much less accurate and  socially objectionable description, involving their mother’s delighted squeals to indicate their conception, have been alive.

Since I need to stay “optimistic” to receive legitimate calls for an interview, the telephone has become a mixed bag again; I have lived at my current number long enough that I shouldn’t have to deal with this flotsam, but it seems that I acquired a new generation of said “telemarketers”, and/or other unknown undesirables.

One or more persistent ones who insist on calling every day, hang up when I come on the line after two rings, before my answering machine picks up.  Yes answering machine, NOT voicemail; (read between the lines) In the past, I have used an effective means of ridding myself of those … individuals, (that’s me stifling myself) but now, I’d risk a prospective legitimate caller thinking they called the wrong number.  The method is quite satisfactory, and uses humorous, satirical, announcements on said answering machine.

An old favorite is one I picked up on the web; which states:

“This is the Sixth Sense Detective Agency.” “We know who you are, and why you’re calling, so at the tone just hang up.”

It would be most unfortunate to have a person calling to offer an interview hear that one…

Another is one of my own creation –

“This is not an answering machine.”  “It is a questioning machine; and the question is; WHY are you calling?”  “Leave a message at the tone”.

Sigh…

Despite the so-called efficiency of this “information age”, there are areas which are something akin to that dreaded menace which sometimes affects those with -ahem- “mobile devices”,  known as the dropped call.  I have been at my current location well over five years; nevertheless, I still get “mail” addressed to individuals (over eight different names at last count) who have long since moved on.  My only recourse is to bring them to the post office; writing “not at this address” seems to go nowhere.

We all experience PC, (OK, wise guys, so most now have Laptops) blues; either the service provider, or the IT’s at an entity such as
Pinterest, WordPress, etc. who never heard the phrase “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”…  When these people decide to “redecorate the living room” no concern is paid to the subscriber, who experiences computer behavior erratic enough to force a security scan to make sure no virus or other malevolence has taken over.

Web friends, who are at least as -if not more intelligent than I-  are a source of encouragement; however -Snark- some of them insist on habits that derail their sense of well being, although they -Aswan, Hoover, Glen Canyon-  well know better.

So you, my articulate one, who just expressed an affinity for doughnuts with bacon as a breakfast, enjoy the consequences of that gastronomic disaster.

Just for the record, I used to have a “thing” for doughnuts, until I found out that -apart from the negatives of white sugar, and white flour- each one has more fat than entire loaf of bread.    ‘Nuff said.

Before Coffee; After Coffee…   HA!

Years ago, I made a political satire video, and uploaded to YouTube on  Apr 6, 2010.   I just discovered it had been “banned worldwide” due to a claim by UMG_MK . In the video manager this notice:

Your video has been blocked.

Copyrighted content was found in your video.

Because of the claimant’s policy, this video can’t be played on YouTube.

Viewing restrictions

Video blocked in all countries

Your video can’t be played.

Magical Mystery Tour was released in the U.S. in 1967.  Forty-Eight years ago.  I thought copyrights expired after 28 years…

Note that deleting the video won’t help my “status” and to keep it, I’ll have to mute the soundtrack.  I was able to play it, after being unable to submit an explaination that the claimant wasn’t listed in their copyright music rules section.  Here is the “offender”:

What is a Content ID claim?  (links disabled)

If you upload a video that contains copyright-protected material, you could end up with a Content ID claim. These claims are issued by companies that own music, movies, TV shows, video games, or other copyright-protected material.

Depending on the copyright owner’s policy, some Content ID claims prevent certain material from being available on YouTube. Others allow the video to remain live, while directing the advertising revenue to the copyright owners of the claimed content, like music.

If you received a copyright strike, this article will not be helpful to you.

Where do I see my Content ID claims?

To see if you have any Content ID claims on your videos, visit the copyright notices section of your Video Manager. In certain cases when your video or account is affected, we may also email you when you get a Content ID claim.

Am I in trouble?

Probably not. In most cases, getting a Content ID claim isn’t a bad thing for your YouTube channel. It just means, “Hey, we found some material in your video that’s owned by someone else.”

It’s up to copyright owners to decide whether or not others can reuse their original material. In many cases, copyright owners allow the use of their content in YouTube videos in exchange for putting ads on those videos.

However, there are some cases when copyright owners don’t want their material reused:

  • Blocking a video:  Sometimes, copyright owners may block your video, which means people won’t be able to watch it. They can decide to block your video worldwide or just in certain countries. If your video is blocked worldwide, your account standing may be affected, which means you’ll lose access to some YouTube features. Please keep in mind that deleting videos that affect your account standing won’t restore your good standing.
  • Muting a video:  If your video contains copyright-protected music, the owner may choose to mute it. This means that people can still watch your video, but they won’t be able to hear the soundtrack. This won’t affect your account standing.
  • Blocking certain platforms:  In some cases, copyright owners may restrict the devices, apps, or websites on which their content can appear. These restrictions won’t change the availability of your video on YouTube.com.

In some cases, you can’t monetize a video that has a Content ID claim. Instead, the copyright owners can choose to monetize your video. But in other cases, like if music is claimed in your video, you may be able to share the advertising revenue with the music’s copyright owners.

What can I do about this claim?

When you get a Content ID claim, there are a few different things you can do, depending on the situation:

  • Do nothing: If you agree with the claim, you can just move on. You can always change your mind later if you disagree with the claim.
  • Remove the music: If you get a claim for a piece of music in your video, you can try to remove the song without having to edit and upload a new video. Learn more.
  • Swap the music: If music in your video is claimed, but you still want to have music in the background, you can swap out your audio track with one of our free-to-use songs. Learn more.
  • Share revenue: If you’re a member of our YouTube Partner Program, and you’ve included music in your video, you may be able to share revenue with the music’s rights owner(s). Learn more.
  • Dispute the claim: If you have the required rights to use the copyright-protected content in your video, or if you think the system has somehow misidentified your video, you can dispute the claim. To dispute the claim, go to your copyright notices and click the link to the right of the video’s Edit menu. This will take you to a page with information about what’s been claimed in your video and who claimed it. You’ll also find the option to dispute the claim on this page.

If you dispute a claim without a valid reason, the content owner may choose to take down your video. If this happens, your account will get a copyright strike.

Deleting videos that affect your account standing won’t restore your good standing.

Watch Helen Caldicott’s video.  If you have a “short attention span”, home in at 25:53; after ten minutes it ought to shock you into paying attention to both videos.  These need to be spread to as many folks as possible.

A thirty minute search for a video I posted on gun control which had become “private”- led me to storyleak.com.  Anthony Gucciardi, the video’s author, is on both Facebook and Twitter, which I refuse to connect to.  There is no other way to contact him.

I was able to view his page at Facebook;  a link there to videos he has on YouTube, which I clicked on, resulted in this video, its title took me by storm.  It was another WTF moment.  Watch this while it is still viewable; if you can, download it.  This supersedes ISIS, the national debt, even the loss of freedom due to NDAA.

There are smart folks here on WP who (I hope) will repost this; the evidence is undeniable.  Some still think that Monsanto is a good thing.  Monsanto is mentioned, but is small potatoes compared to what happened at Fukushima.  The folks who are supposed to have our best interests in mind, have covered up the harsh reality, which is now far worse than when Fukushima melted down.  Don’t “like” this; respond!

Anthony Gucciardi speaks at the Cal Jam natural health event in California on the subject of transforming his health, the Fukushima disaster and its true severity, as well as the latest on Monsanto’s GMOs and their impact on nature.

Unbeknownst to most consumers of US corporate media, radiation in the ocean from the 2011 Fukushima nuclear disaster has finally reached the United States’ West Coast, impacting fisheries along the Pacific Ocean. Three years later, these and other effects of Fukushima are only beginning to appear. Helen Caldicott, former President of the Physicians for Social Responsibility, examines the radiation-related health risks, and other lasting consequences of the calamity in her new book Crisis Without End. In this talk she sheds light on these trends, giving an overview of how they impact not only the people of Japan, but the United States and the rest of the world comparing it with the ongoing Chernobyl disaster which scientists estimate has so far killed over a million people. Caldicott also shares her judgement on how these lasting impacts should impact U.S. nuclear policy. A trained physician, Caldicott is also the author of several other books, including If You Love This Planet and The New Nuclear Danger.

A New Generation of Unrestricted Warfare

cyber1

In 1999, two Chinese colonels wrote a book called Unrestricted Warfare, about warfare in the age of globalization. Their main argument: Warfare in the modern world will no longer be primarily a struggle defined by military means — or even involve the military at all.

They were about a decade and a half before their time.

Colonels Qiao Liang and Wang Xiangsui argued that war was no longer about “using armed forces to compel the enemy to submit to one’s will” in the classic Clausewitzian sense.  Rather, they asserted that war had evolved to “using all means, including armed force or non-armed force, military and non-military, and lethal and non-lethal means to compel the enemy to accept one’s interests.”

The barrier between soldiers and civilians would fundamentally be erased, because the battle would be everywhere.  The number of new battlefields would be “virtually infinite,” and could include environmental warfare, financial warfare, trade warfare, cultural warfare, and legal warfare, to name just a few.  They wrote of assassinating financial speculators to safeguard a nation’s financial security, setting up slush funds to influence opponents’ legislatures and governments, and buying controlling shares of stocks to convert an adversary’s major television and newspapers outlets into tools of media warfare.

According to the editor’s note, Qiao argued in a subsequent interview that “the first rule of unrestricted warfare is that there are no rules, with nothing forbidden.”  That vision clearly transcends any traditional notions of war.
