Combined with current laws, the legalization would be a pathway to massive new welfare expenditures, job competition, chain migration and more illegal immigration.
1. It would cost trillions of dollars in extra government spending on social services.
2. It would immediately put millions of illegal aliens in front of the employment line to hold or take U.S. jobs while 20 million Americans who want a full-time job can’t find one.
3. It would allow amnestied aliens to begin endless chains of relatives to come and add further competition for jobs and government resources.
4. It would immediately legalize 11 million illegal aliens without requiring triggers that fully implement enforcement first. The previous seven amnesties between 1986 and 2000 had no enforcement triggers and served only to entice 11 million new illegal immigrants who now demand their own amnesty.
In just a couple of weeks, we’ll be celebrating our nation’s birthday.
It’s a day I usually spend barbecuing in the backyard with family and friends.
But there is one guest in attendance who did not receive an invite:
Big Brother’s eye in the sky.
While we’re all enjoying the freedom from oppressive government our founding fathers fought for, unmanned drones hover over our heads cataloguing if we separated our recyclables from the garbage.
Drones buzzing over our homes, farms, ranches and businesses, and spying on our every move is a clear violation of our rights.
And that needs to stop. IMMEDIATELY.
I have a plan to put a stop to warrantless government spying by drones that I’ll share with you in a moment, but first I want to take a moment to explain why this fight is so crucial.
You see, you and I are battling powerful forces.
The crony capitalists who make these drones and sell them to the government for hundreds of millions of dollars are joined at the hip with the supporters of the surveillance state.
They feed Big Government’s desire to snoop on every aspect of our lives in exchange for bleeding the taxpayers dry.
We should not be treated like criminals or terrorists for living our everyday lives.
And we should not have our Fourth Amendment rights violated by warrantless government spying.
That’s why I introduced the Preserving Freedom from Unwarranted Surveillance Act of 2012.
This bill:
** Forces law enforcement to obtain a warrant from a judge before dispatching drones to fly over our property.
** Forbids the use of evidence illegally obtained by warrantless drone flights from being used in any criminal, civil or regulatory action.
** Permits citizens to sue the government for any violations of this act.
** Provides exceptions for patrolling the border, to act in the case of imminent danger to human life or high risk of a terrorist attack.
My bill simply restates the Fourth Amendment.
Only in Washington would it be necessary to pass legislation restating the supreme law of the land.
You see, the establishment is already searching for a way to sideline this act.
They snort at any attempt to curtail Big Government’s power to reach into our lives.
Sure, they can try to marginalize me.
But what they can’t ignore is you.
That’s why I’m asking you to sign your “1 Million Strong against Drones” declaration.
The only way you and I are going to get a vote on my bill to end warrantless drone spying is by generating a groundswell of grassroots support that is so overwhelming, the establishment has no choice but to take action.

For 39 years, nine unelected men and women on the Supreme Court have played God with innocent human life.
They have invented laws that condemned to painful deaths without trial more than 56 million babies for the crime of being “inconvenient.”
In 1973, the U.S. Supreme Court’s Roe v. Wade ruling forced abortion-on-demand down our nation’s throat.
In the past, many in the pro-life movement have felt limited to protecting a life here and there — passing some limited law to slightly control abortion in the more outrageous cases.
But some pro-lifers always seem to tiptoe around the Supreme Court, hoping they won’t be offended.
Now the time to grovel before the Supreme Court is over.
Working from what the Supreme Court ruled in Roe v. Wade, pro-life lawmakers can pass a Life at Conception Act and end abortion using the Constitution instead of amending it.
That is why it’s so urgent you sign the petition to your Senators and Congressman that I will link to in a moment.
You see, while the national media has talked a lot about the impact of economic issues on this past election, the untold story is just how well pro-life candidates did.
So it is vital every Member of Congress be put on record.
And your petition will help do just that.
Signing the Life at Conception Act petition will help break through the opposition clinging to abortion-on-demand and get a vote on this life-saving bill to overturn Roe v. Wade.
A Life at Conception Act declares unborn children “persons” as defined by the 14th Amendment to the Constitution, entitled to legal protection.
This is the one thing the Supreme Court admitted in Roe v. Wade that would cause the case for legal abortion to “collapse.”
When the Supreme Court handed down its now-infamous Roe v. Wade decision, it did so based on a new, previously undefined “right of privacy” which it “discovered” in so-called “emanations” of “penumbrae” of the Constitution.
Of course, as constitutional law it was a disaster.
But never once did the Supreme Court declare abortion itself to be a constitutional right.
Instead the Supreme Court said:
“We need not resolve the difficult question of when life begins . . . the judiciary at this point in the development of man’s knowledge is not in a position to speculate as to the answer.”
Then the High Court made a key admission:
“If this suggestion of personhood is established, the appellant’s case [i.e., "Roe" who sought an abortion], of course, collapses, for the fetus’ right to life is then guaranteed specifically by the [14th] Amendment.”
The fact is, the 14th Amendment couldn’t be clearer:
“. . . nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty or property, without due process of law, nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the law.”
Furthermore, the 14th Amendment says:
“Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.”
That’s exactly what a Life at Conception Act would do.
But this simple, logical and obviously right legislation will not become law without a fight.
And that’s where your help is critical.
You see, it will be a tough fight, but I believe with your signed petition it is one we can win.
By turning up the heat through a massive, national, grass-roots campaign in this session of Congress, one of two things will happen.
If you and other pro-life activists pour on enough pressure, pro-lifers can force politicians from both parties who were elected on pro-life platforms to make good on their promises and ultimately win passage of this bill.
But even if a Life at Conception Act doesn’t pass immediately, the public attention will send another crew of radical abortionists down to defeat in the next election.
Either way, the unborn win . . . unless you do nothing.
That’s why the National Pro-Life Alliance is contacting hundreds of thousands of Americans just like you to mobilize a grass-roots army to pass a Life at Conception Act.

As the debate in Washington rages over how to avoid defaulting on our national debt, it is important to take a step back and look at this issue for what it is – a question of priorities.
The federal budget, how our government spends our tax dollars, is a statement of our nation’s priorities – much like how you and I spend our money is a reflection of our priorities.
Since President Obama took office, not only has our national debt increased by one-third (from $10.6 to $14.3 trillion), but it has done so while increasing funding for government programs that promote anti-family, anti-life policies.
While President Obama has threatened to withhold Social Security checks from the elderly – people who have worked their entire lives and paid into the system – he has refused to cut funding for pro-abortion ObamaCare which could save the country $900 million dollars and help bring federal spending in line with our values.
It is time to take a stand and tell the President and Congress that government spending should reflect our values and the values of a majority of Americans.
It is never more crucial than in this time of out-of-control deficit spending to reexamine our national priorities and cut those programs that are repugnant to our values as a society.
In addition to the $900 million that could be saved by defunding ObamaCare, here are just a few of the other programs that the Obama Administration has defended or tried to increase funding for in the past. Do these government programs that you pay for with your tax dollars reflect your values?
- Funding for Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion provider – $363 million a year;
- Funding for the terrorist-led Palestinian Authority – $500 million a year;
- The remaining unused “stimulus” funds – $45 billion;
- Corporation for Public Broadcasting – $445 million a year;
- National Endowment for the Arts – $167.5 million a year;
- National Endowment for the Humanities – $167.5 million a year;
- Taxpayer-funded federal employee union activities – $1.2 billion; and
- Require the collection of unpaid taxes by federal employees – $1 billion.
The list goes on and on … each of these controversial government programs does not reflect our values as a nation. We have an opportunity to reprioritize our spending and cut our debt, but we must act now.
While the President continues to insist that most Americans aren’t paying attention to the national debt, last week he told a group of Washington reporters, “I’d rather be talking about stuff that everybody welcomes, like new programs …” Mr. President, the American people do not welcome the kind of programs that you are using our tax dollars to fund.
Our tax dollars should not be going to abortion businesses and to aid terrorist-led governments. Show the President and Congress that you not only care about the national debt, but you want federal spending to reflect our priorities as Americans. to send a powerful message to Washington that enough is enough.
Thank you for taking a stand for our values as a nation. This is a critical moment for America, and we must not be silent.

I was mildly surprised to find a number of them favoring military action. This might be funny if it weren’t so sad. Makes us sound like a banana republic. There are also some who are wanting a recount of the Presidential election. These are some that stand out as exceptions.
I needed to proofread, and make grammatical corrections where needed, without changing the intent of the respondants. I include my own comments as well. “X”

I understand and share the anger and frustration that everyone here feels about B.O. and his horrible and stupid failed policies! However, his removal by impeachment is an absurd impossibility! Even if the House of Representatives would impeach him (which is extremely unlikely at best), the DumbocRATic controlled Senate will NEVER vote to convict him (as proved by the overwhelming evidence against Bill Clinton)!
[This was a painful reminder; the Senate failed to act upon their Constitutional responsibility, and Clinton was not brought to justice "X"]
Instead of wasting our valuable time and energy thinking about things that are impossible, I say we should try to think about things that are possible!
If the people of this nation stand up and explicitly remind both houses of congress who they work for the senate too would be forced to remove obama from office. Either they do their jobs as representatives of Americans or we remove them and put citizens in their place that will. There is no doubt that Congress is either complicit or frightened of Obama. By my estimation they are virtually all in it together seeking to destroy America for their own gain. This being inclusive of both parties. If the house had any intention of doing anything about obama they would have replaced john b**** with a conservative that believes in America and not Obama. If we as Americans believe we can save our nation from fascism through elections we are totally naive. Without the rule of law and consequences against Congress and these so called presidents America is lost. Obama should not be impeached. Congress should issue arrest warrants and have federal marshals remove him and his entire cabinet from the White House. He should be held in chains and tried by a military tribunal of decent Americans.

We did this once or twice a week, for almost four years, and do you want to know the responses I got? It’s “thank you for your views, they are important to me”, and that’s it. We also call the wh at 1-202-456-1111 and tell them we want ovomit arrested for treason once a week.
I even asked my family lawyer four years ago, if we could bring a citizens arrest against ovomit. After my lawyer laughed, [I said "What's so funny? I'm dead serious!] He told me “Robert you can try, but you’ll never get past his secret service men”. My point is they don’t care or listen anymore, because with a few exceptions, there all in on the gravy train together, and they’re not going to stop the cash cow. That’s why I have been calling on wayne/nra amac/john birch society/all freedom loving, god fearing american veternas/citizens, to come together under one giant freedom umbrella. No, not a revoultion, an evolution [a peaceful change]. God bless Romney/Ryan, Sheriff Joe and cold case posse, Chuck Norris, Frank Serpcio, and all American veterans/citizens. Yea, though I walk in the shadow of the valley of death, I will fear no evil/ovomit. I feel for this citizen who went way beyond what the average person might do. As someone who used to work in an agency who had some contact with Congressional staffers, their bosses didn’t really care before; but, they used to do everything that they could to make you think that they did. Today, they don’t care and they don’t even try to make you think they do. Most of them do not even respond! Petitioning them for redress is just an exercise in futility at best anymore!
