Democrat State Senators Accidentally Reveal True Gun Control Agenda
Bryant H. McGill said: “The world is not fair, and often fools, cowards, liars and the selfish hide in high places.” The most notable part of that quote is the part regarding liars. Good liars are well adept at climbing the social and economic ladder to achieve success, regardless of who they have to destroy to get there. At the end of the day, they are motivated by greed or ideology. Either way, their motivation drives them to conceal the truth for the benefit of themselves and their agenda. It is these people whom we often find thriving in the world of politics.
Liberals have a gift for lying, only rivaled by their gift for trash talking Conservatives on major media outlets. On the outside, the Left wants to be viewed as a moderate, well- meaning group of people. They are able to accomplish this by simply lying. Every so often, one of their lies gets brought to the surface for the world to see. These are the times that make me the happiest.
In the shadow of the national gun control debate, New Jersey is having its own shoot out over gun rights. According to PolitickerNJ, three state Senators were caught on a live mic, talking about gun rights advocates, and discussing gun confiscation.

The three female senators, who sound from the recording to be Sen. Loretta Weinberg, Sen. Sandy Cunningham and Sen. Linda Greenstein are heard discussing the just-closed hearing…’We needed a bill that was going to confiscate, confiscate, confiscate,’ said an unknown voice…Weinberg said she had no idea who said confiscate or in what context, or if it was even a lawmaker. The next voice, which is clearly Weinberg, said, ‘They want to keep the guns out of the hands of the bad guys, but they don’t have any regulations to do it.’ Next up was Cunningham: ‘They don’t care about the bad guys. All they want to do is have their little guns and do whatever they want with them.’ Then Greenstein: ‘That’s the line they’ve developed.’”
1. I think it’s interesting how Democrat politicians are always decrying, and mocking Conservatives for suggesting that the Democrats want to ban guns altogether. With basic foresight, it can be seen that that is exactly what they want to do. Yet they continue to deny it.
2. The absolute disdain that Senator Cunningham has for Second Amendment advocates is both depressing and terrifying. Her lack of understanding regarding the motivations of her Conservative counterparts shows just how short-sighted then Left can be.

3. Granted, there are those on the Right who have similar problems; but the number is far less than that on the Left.
The reason Democrats have to lie about their intentions regarding gun control is because if the truth were to be revealed, they would be thrown out of office. They have to proceed with steadiness and caution, slowly building their agenda, until suddenly, the final product just appears before us. If they were to reveal to the American people their actual plan, they would never accomplish anything, so they try to bypass us in slow motion; using soft words.
Their purposes are often much more nefarious than their words would suggest. That is why stories like this one need to make headlines. The most frightening part of this whole situation is how little the Left understands the Right. Conservatives understand all too well the machinations of Liberals, but Liberals often misunderstand Conservatives. It is in this misunderstanding where the danger lies.
There are wolves in sheep’s clothing lurking all about the political scene; and when a wolf is discovered, it needs to be revealed.

“Hot Mic” Picks Up Dem Lawmakers: “Confiscate, Confiscate, Confiscate”
Public figures are more honest when they think no one is watching or listening.
The New Jersey legislature archives their sessions and uploads them to their website for all to listen to. What some of these legislators didn’t realize was that the mic was still on and could pick up what they were saying.
The New Jersey Second Amendment Society found some audio that shows what these gun control politicians really want. At the end of a Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee meeting, you can hear a group of state legislators talking about gun owners and gun confiscation. These are among the statements that were picked up:
“We need a bill that is going to confiscate, confiscate, confiscate.”
“They want to keep guns out of the hands of bad guys but they don’t have any regulations…to do it.”
“They don’t care about the bad guys. All they want to do is to have their little guns and do whatever they want with them.”
“That’s the line they’ve developed.”
Since there’s no video, it’s difficult to discern who the legislators are that made these statements. A couple of news sources have speculated that those conversing are likely to be State Senators Loretta Weinberg, Sandra Cunningham and Linda Greenstein, all Democrats. And yes, all women. If what they’re saying is what it sounds like, that what they really want to do is confiscate people’s firearms, and they’re complaining that they can’t do that just yet, then it’s not really that shocking. This is what we’ve been saying for some time now. And they were always the ones that kept saying, “No one’s coming for your guns.” To quote one of these gun-grabbers, that’s the line they’ve developed.
The 2nd Amendment was written to protect citizens from the likes of these state senators.

Ammunition Tight, Will Stay Tight

Ammunition manufacturers are not adding capacity. They think this run on ammo is temporary. So, buyers cannot buy it.
The buyers want it. Retail sellers are imposing rationing: limits on purchases.
There is no let-up in sight.
Ammunition manufacturers are reporting record profits and sales, with increases that number in the double and sometimes triple digits. Olin, which owns Winchester, reported last week the company’s first quarter earnings climbed 190 percent over the same period last year. Federal Premium Ammunition’s annual earnings for ammunition last year climbed 24 percent over 2011.
“Our sales are only limited by the amount we can produce,” said Joseph Rupp, Olin chairman and chief executive officer in a conference call last Friday.
Ammunition manufacturers are struggling to make enough and have hundreds of millions of dollars in backorders. They’ve added hundreds of employees and equipment and increased overtime, and, in some cases, are running factories around the clock. Producers have posted notes on all their web sites assuring customers they are working as fast as they can.
The demand is coming from existing gun owners. There may be an increase at the margin from new owners of guns. But the percentage of gun owners in the U.S. is below 40%.

HOUSTON (Reuters) – The National Rifle Association is showcasing women members and emphasizing that increasingly it’s not just men who own firearms and oppose gun-control efforts.
Female membership is up, the nation’s leading advocate for gun ownership says, and its revamped website features profiles of “armed and fabulous” women and describes how women are bringing “new energy” to the NRA.
”This is the National Rifle Association catering to demand,” NRA spokesman Andrew Arulanandam said. “We’ve seen in the last few years an increase in women buying guns, joining the National Rifle Association, enrolling in personal safety classes and going out and organizing women’s-only hunts.”
A number of the 550 vendors at the 142nd NRA Annual Meetings & Exhibits this weekend in Houston also have women in mind. Some are selling pink NRA T-shirts, and companies such as Concealed Carrie and Urban Moxy are offering handbags designed for concealed handguns.
Saleswomen for Urban Moxy – which describes itself as “loaded with style” – demonstrate how a gun can slide into a purse’s lockable, neoprene-lined pocket.
The meeting of some 70,000 members comes less than a month after the NRA scored a major victory in Congress when it beat back a proposal to expand background checks for gun buyers.
The proposal, which supporters have vowed to revive, is a key part of President Barack Obama’s gun-control effort sparked by the December school massacre in Newtown, Connecticut, where 20 children and six adults were killed.
An online Reuters/Ipsos poll released in January showed that 86 percent of Americans surveyed favored expanded background checks of all gun buyers.
A CBS News/New York Times poll released on Wednesday showed that 88 percent of Americans support background checks for all gun buyers and that 59 percent are disappointed or angry about the recent Senate vote on gun legislation.
TAKING AWAY FREEDOMS?
The NRA works assiduously to defend the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution that sets out the right to bear arms. NRA member Cindy Chambers of Houston said the background-check proposal targets law-abiding gun owners, not criminals.
“We take our freedoms seriously,” said Chambers, who owns a travel company. “I’m just right of center, but when the government decides to take away freedoms given to us by law, we are re-energized to defend those rights.”
Chambers attended the 7th Annual NRA Women’s Leadership Forum Luncheon & Auction on Friday at River Oaks Country Club.
“It was so empowering today to walk into a room full of an array of women with the same mindset,” said another lunch attendee, Houston culinary instructor Molly Fowler.
There was also an NRA Women New Energy Reception on Friday evening, and the NRA this weekend was offering a three-day pistol instructor training course for women.
The NRA will not say how many of its 5 million members are women. But Arulanandam said the NRA’s women’s-only hunts had grown from only two or three sparsely attended events each year to dozens across the world.
Men typically buy guns for recreational purposes, while women tend to get them for self-protection, then later use them for other purposes, Arulanandam said.
‘FEAR AND PARANOIA’
For Fowler, it was an intruder on her property that prompted her to get a concealed handgun license, she said.
“Owning guns is made into such a heinous, horrible thing, and it’s not,” Fowler said. “My dad had a gun case that wasn’t locked, but we were educated from an early age. We knew they were dangerous, we knew right from wrong, we knew they weren’t toys.”
Kellye Bowman, co-leader of the Houston chapter of Moms Demand Action, a group formed after the Connecticut school shooting to push for gun control, said the NRA was “trying to terrify women with misinformation about crime.”
“They create fear and paranoia,” Bowman said.
This week the NRA Women’s Network announced a new and improved NRA Women website, sponsored by the gun manufacturer Smith & Wesson Corp..
“Our mission is to expose the public to the female face of the NRA,” the group said in a Facebook posting.
In a video on the NRA Women site, champion pistol shooter Julie Golob says she has been sending letters and emails to elected officials to tell them gun owners come from all walks of life.
The video also features advocate Natalie Foster, who says authorities do not understand what it is like to be a woman who needs protection from an abusive ex-spouse.
“I don’t think you can overstate how critical it is for women to get engaged with what’s going on right now,” says Foster, founder of the website Girl’s Guide to Guns.

HOUSTON (AP) — The public face of the National Rifle Association implored members Saturday to never give up their weapons in the wake of recent gun control efforts in Congress that he said will “destroy us and every ounce of our freedom.”
“We will never surrender our guns, never,” Executive Vice President Wayne LaPierre told several thousand people during the organization’s annual member meeting, which is part of the yearly NRA convention being held this weekend in Houston.
A defiant LaPierre said the “political and media elites” have tried to use December’s mass shooting at a Newtown, Conn., elementary school and other recent ones “to blame us, to shame us, to compromise our freedom for their agenda.”
LaPierre directed much of his criticism at President Barack Obama and his efforts to pass legislation in Congress that would have expanded background checks for gun sales. That bill failed to pass in the Senate last month.
LaPierre said the bill “got the defeat that it deserved.”
“The bill wouldn’t have prevented Newtown or Aurora,” he said, also referencing last year’s shooting at a Colorado theater. “It won’t prevent the next tragedy. None of it has anything to do with keeping our children safer in any school anywhere.”
Gun control supporters have promised to keep pressing the issue and have made significant strides at the state level, including passing new restrictions on firearms in Colorado and Connecticut.
LaPierre implored lawmakers to direct their efforts not at new gun control legislation but to enforcing current federal gun laws and sending to prison violent criminals who break these laws and rebuilding “our broken mental health system.”
“And for God sakes leave the rest of us alone in this country,” he said to loud applause.
More than 70,000 NRA members are expected to attend the three-day convention, which began Friday. Acres of displays of rifles, pistols, swords and hunting gear could be found inside the convention hall.
Friday’s highlight was a 3 ½-hour political rally filled with fiery speeches from state and national conservative leaders, among them Texas Gov. Rick Perry and former GOP vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin. They warned attendees that new gun laws are an effort to take away their rights under the Second Amendment.
The presence of protestors has been minimal during the convention. Across the street, the No More Names vigil read the names of gun violence victims since the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre in Connecticut. By Saturday afternoon, about 20 protesters were present.
“It’s time to move toward global thinking and global peace and solutions that don’t require guns,” said Tim Campbell, 73, from Houston, who held up a sign that read “No To Arms. No To Force.”

Should Christians Give Up Their Guns?
Not since 1775 has a central government in America attempted to disarm its citizens in the way that President Barack Obama and Senator Dianne Feinstein did recently. King George III attempted to disarm the colonists on April 19, 1775, and that attempt ignited America’s War for Independence. Leading the charge to resist the banning and confiscation of their firearms were colonial pastors such as Jonas Clark. Back then, America’s pastors had a thorough comprehension of the Biblical principles of liberty, including the right to keep and bear arms. They taught their congregations these sacred principles with such zeal and persuasion that the attempt by those British troops to march on Lexington and Concord and seize the colonists’ guns was met with the now famous “shot heard ’round the world.” Ever since that historic event, the people’s right to bear arms has been held sacred by the vast majority of Americans–Christian or otherwise. The right to bear arms was understood to be, not just a right, but a God-ordained duty, a long time before it was ever enshrined in the Second Amendment to the US Constitution.
The recent attempt by Barack Obama and Dianne Feinstein to ban semi-automatic rifles, limit magazine capacity, and create universal background checks and gun registration was as close to what old King George attempted to do as this nation has ever seen. Fortunately, public outcry against this egregious gun grab was so unmistakably loud and clear that these gun control bills failed to pass even the Democrat-controlled Senate. Thank God for every person and group around the country that rose up to defeat this piece of modern-day tyranny.
However, if you think that Obama and Feinstein are going to abandon their attempt to outlaw and confiscate your guns, you are sadly mistaken. They will not stop. But the good news is neither will we!
Liberty lovers spoke with their petitions to Congress and with their pocketbooks at gun shops. The backlog for firearms stands at over two million, according to recent reports. Some ten million guns flew off the shelves in the first couple weeks after the proposed gun ban was announced. Ammunition is in such short supply that even .22LR cartridges are as scarce as hen’s teeth. Does anyone believe that the American people are spending all of this money purchasing all of these guns and all of this ammo with the intention that they will turn around a few months later and surrender them to the federal government? HECK NO!
One good thing that the attempted gun ban by Obama and Feinstein accomplished was to alarm and awaken millions of Americans who previously thought, “It can’t happen here.” They thought this issue was settled back in 1775 and 1776. Now they realize that every generation of Americans has to settle this issue for themselves. I don’t think these Americans will fall asleep again on this issue in the foreseeable future.
The one glaring weakness of this modern march on Concord was the lack of pastoral leadership. In short, THERE WASN’T ANY! The vast majority of America’s Christian pastors were absolutely silent. There are simply far too few Jonas Clarks today. In 1775, the vast majority of America’s pastors were outspoken proponents of the right of Christians to resist the tyrant’s attempt to take away their guns, whereas, today, the vast majority of America’s pastors are both utterly passive and indifferent to the threat or are actually complicit with and supportive of the threat.
As a result of this lack of principled leadership from the pulpit, Christians in general seem to share the passiveness and indifference of their pastors. Christians throughout America seem to believe that it somehow honors God to allow the divine right of self-defense to be yanked away from them. They foolishly believe that they have a Christian duty to turn in their guns should the government tell them to do so. The spirit of Jonas Clark and the Minutemen of 1775 was the spirit of Christian resistance. Sadly, this spirit is lacking in the hearts of most of today’s pastors and churchmen. This is the most glaring difference between the attempted gun grab of King George and the attempted gun grab of Barack Obama. Yes, we defeated the Obama/Feinstein gun grab for now, but with very little help from our pastors and churches.

A decorated war veteran on a Boy Scout hike with his 15-year-old son was arrested alongside a Texas country road after a police officer accused him of “rudely displaying” a firearm.

Army Master Sgt. C.J. Grisham told Fox News he was illegally disarmed by members of the Temple Police Dept. – even though he held the proper permits to carry his weapons.
Grisham and his son were on a 10-mile hike in a rural area populated by wild boars and cougars. He was carrying an AR-15 rifle and a .45 caliber pistol.

He was charged with resisting arrest – even though video his son filmed of the incident clearly showed that Grisham did not resist arrest. Police later reduced the charges to interfering with a peace officer while performing a duty – a class B misdemeanor.
“I’m still frankly and honestly 100 percent confused about what I’m being charged with,” Grisham said.
Temple Police told local media that the Fort Hood soldier refused to hand of his weapon – leading to his arrest. However, the video shows that Grisham complied with their demands.
One of the officers told Grisham that anyone holding a gun is considered dangerous, according to a 15-minute video obtained by Fox News.
“In this day and age people are alarmed when they see someone with what you have,” one of the officers told a handcuffed Grisham. “They don’t care what the law is.”

At one point in the video Grisham asked the officers why they failed to ask to see his carry and conceal permit.
The video shows the arresting officer telling the Fort Hood soldier that he was “rudely displaying” the AR-15.
Grisham, who is a “huge Constitutionalist,” then asked the officer if he cared what the law is.
“The easy wrong would have been to surrender my rights and allow the cops to disarm me,” he said. “That’s the easy wrong to me. The hard right is putting ourselves on the line knowing that something could happen.”
Grisham told Fox News he plans on fighting the charges and suing the police department for what he considered to be an illegal arrest and violating his Constitutional rights.
“For the first time in my life, I had to sit in jail,” he said. “I’ve never been in jail — never been accused of a crime. I was treated like a street thug.”
A pre-trial hearing has been set for May 29th.

Grisham, a well-known military blogger, is a decorated veteran of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. He’s served in the military for more than 18 years and was awarded the Bronze Star with Valor. But he came under fire within the military for a blog posting that was critical of President Obama. Columnist Michelle Malkin once wrote about Grisham’s plight.
The master sergeant, his wife and their three children live on a farm in Temple — about two miles from where he was arrested.
Grisham’s trouble with the law started in mid-March. His son Chris was working on one of the final merit badges he needed to become an Eagle Scout. Chris had chosen hiking.
Father and son grabbed their gear and headed out on a blustery Saturday morning to hike about 10 miles. They were midway through the trip when Grisham turned around and saw a police car.
“At that point I heard him tell us to hold on a second and he motioned for me and my son to come back,” Grisham said. “He didn’t have his lights on. Everything was calm and casual. He asked what we were doing.”
Grisham had his AR-15 slung around the front of his body — a rifle he’s been using since he joined the military.
At some point the officer pulled his pistol on the father and son and grabbed Grisham’s AR-15.
“He slammed me onto the hood of the car,” he said. “I had my hands straight up and that’s when I saw our camera – and turned it on.”
For the next 15 minutes, Grisham’s son recorded the entire incident.

“I wanted to make sure that we had everything on film,” he said. “Everything that happened that day was manufactured by the police officer. We weren’t out there to make a statement. Our intention was to hike 10 miles and go home.”
By all indications, Grisham was arrested just because he was legally carrying his firearms.
And as bad as he was treated, Grisham said he is furious over how the police treated his son.
Chris followed his dad’s instructions to keep the videotape going — even though it’s clear the incident took an emotional toll on the boy. As the officers put Grisham in the back of the car, the video picked up sounds of Chris crying.
The officers told Grisham they would take the boy home.
“I told him not to answer any questions,” Grisham said. “I told him not to answer a single question until his mother was there — and she would answer the questions for him.”
But that’s not what happened.
Chris told Fox News that the police officer refused to let him out of the car until he answered a series of questions. The boy had not been arrested.
“The officer told me that I wasn’t getting out of the patrol car until I answered his questions,” Chris said. “He said I didn’t have a choice. I was scared.”
Grisham said his boy was traumatized by the incident.
“Every time he sees a police officer he has a panic attack,” he said. “That’s unfortunate because we always taught our kids to respect police officers. My wife and I are angry about it.”
He said he explained to his son that they did nothing wrong on that day.
“My son has his own copy of the Constitution,” Grisham said. “He understands his rights. He understand the concept of choosing the hard right over the easy wrong.”
Chris told Fox News that he looks up to his father — and admires him for what he did on the side of that road.
“When I grow up, I want to be like him — he inspires me,” the 15-year-old said.
Grisham said the events of last month have led him to question why he is still in the military.
“It doesn’t seem like our rights are being respected,” he said. “For me, it’s a difficult turning point. I wonder what it is that I’m fighting for. If our basic rights are being violated this way — what is my purpose?”
And as Grisham awaits his court date, Chris is gearing up to start his Eagle Scout project. The teenager will be working on a local historic cemetery – repairing headstones and replacing signs.
But the young boy wonders what will happen to his dad.
“He didn’t do anything wrong at all,” he said.

In a weird -but welcome- reversal, NV Senator Dean Heller has done the right thing. I had sent him an earful, (noted in a prior post) when instead of stopping it cold, he allowed it to even be discussed. Below this an excerpt from a post on this issue; I sent Mr. Heller another e-mail, thanks for his opposing it, but that the 2nd amendment/intent of the Constitution isn’t and should never be up for debate.

The enormity of this issue has weighed heavily on me. While I was home this past weekend, my family and I ate at the Carson IHOP where four people lost their lives and several were injured. The survivors of that senseless shooting in the morning hours of September 6, 2011, deserve this debate.
“I believe very strongly that our current background check system needs strengthening and improving, particularly in areas that could keep guns out of the hands of felons and the mentally ill. At the same time, I cannot support legislation that infringes upon the Constitutional right to keep and bear arms. Despite the good faith efforts of Senators Manchin and Toomey, the onerous paperwork and expansion of federal power mandated in this legislation are too great of a concern. I believe that this legislation could lead to the creation of a national gun registry and puts additional burdens on law-abiding citizens. For these reasons, I cannot vote for this legislation,” said Senator Dean Heller.

When 8th grade Jared Marcum got dressed for school this morning he says he had no idea that his pro-Second Amendment shirt would initiate what he calls a fight over his First Amendment rights. “I never thought it would go this far because honestly I don’t see a problem with this, there shouldn’t be a problem with this,” Jared said.

First a US Army MSGT combat veteran gets his weapon taken and his minor son is interrogated and intimidated by an asshat cop; now a 15 year old kid wears a t-shirt with the picture of a gun on it and he gets suspended and arrested. Student Asks About Bible – Teacher Gives Bible to Student – School Fires Teacher

If you think that schools are supposed to educate your kids, think again. After nearly a century of liberal control of the public school system, they are nothing more than institutions of brainwashing and indoctrination. They do not teach or allow students to think, reason and inquire on their own. Students and teachers are only allowed to operate within the narrow guidelines established by the liberals to suppress any form of thinking, reasoning or inquiry that questions the norms that they have established. Nothing else is acceptable.
Walter Tutka has found out just how intolerable to other views the liberal administrators have become. Tutka has been a substitute teacher in the Phillipsburg, New Jersey school district for many years.
Last October, students at the middle school were coming into the building; they passed by Tutka who was standing in the hallway. As one student passed by, Tutka told him:
The student just looked at him and said nothing. Several days later, that student came to Tutka and asked him where that quote came from. Tutka told the boy it came from the Bible. A couple days later Oct. 12, 2012, the student approached Tutka while he was eating his lunch and asked the teacher if he could show him where in the Bible it said that. Tutka pulled out the pocket New Testament he carries with him and showed the boy where the quote could be found in Matthew 19:30 and Mark 10:31.

Muslim Mob Desecrates Graves of Allied WWII Soldiers

Armed vandals attacked and smashed the headstones of Allied and Italian service members laid to rest in a World War II cemetery in Benghazi and then posted video of their desecration online.
The U.K. Foreign Office said that on February 24 and 26 hundreds of headstones in two British military cemeteries in Benghazi were vandalized. Markers identifying Christian or Jewish war dead were damaged or broken.
In video re-posted on YouTube the men (including the videographer) are seen kicking over or smashing headstones. One man takes a hammer to a ceremonial Cross of Remembrance.
Men are heard saying of the dead, “They are dogs.”

Church Defaced by Homosexuals Gets Little News Coverage
St. Jude Catholic Church of the City of Westlake Village was defaced on Easter weekend. The following brief story appeared in the April 11, 2013 issue of The Acorn, a community newspaper that serves Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Oak Park, and Westlake Village in California:
“Vandals targeted the 32000 block of Lindero Canyon Road sometime between Fri., March 29 and Sat., March 30, authorities said.
“The graffiti included a reference to homosexuality, several four-letter words and a swastika, a source told The Acorn. One scrawl reportedly said, ‘God is gay.’”
The story got no attention outside the small communities mentioned above.
I happened to see the story because I was in the Los Angeles area for a business meeting and happened to pick up the community newspaper.
If some homosexual group had been the target of anti-gay graffiti, the story would have been carried by every news outlet. Hate crime charges would have been leveled against the perpetrators. Sensitivity training would have been demanded by homosexual groups across the country.
Any time someone makes a derogatory comment about homosexuality, the gaystapo goes into action. The media comply with front-page stories to insure that the person who said negative things about homosexuals never dares do it again.
The Huffington Post carries dozens of articles about politicians and Hollywood types that come out in favor of homosexual marriage. They want to continue to work in Hollywood. Their pro-homosexual stance is similar to what Rome demanded of its citizens.
As long as the people offered a pinch of incense to the Roman gods, they were permitted to worship their own god or gods. Consider this story about Polycarp who lived between AD 70 and 155:
“The emperors of Rome had unleashed bitter attacks against the Christians during this period, and members of the early church recorded many of the persecutions and deaths. Polycarp was arrested on the charge of being a Christian — a member of a politically dangerous cult whose rapid growth needed to be stopped. Amidst an angry mob, the Roman proconsul took pity on such a gentle old man and urged Polycarp to proclaim, ‘Caesar is Lord.”
“If only Polycarp would make this declaration and offer a small pinch of incense to Caesar’s statue he would escape torture and death. To this Polycarp responded, ‘Eighty-six years I have served Christ, and He never did me any wrong. How can I blaspheme my King who saved me?’ Steadfast in his stand for Christ, Polycarp refused to compromise his beliefs, and thus, was burned alive at the stake.”
People aren’t burned at the stake in America; they are burned by the media for any opposition to the gay agenda. At the same time, homosexuals are protected by the media when they attack people who oppose same-sex sex and homosexual marriage. Some of the attacks have led people to lose their jobs and even be sued for not complying to homosexual demands.
