Does not make any sense, I had the same anti-virus and firewall all this time, and no problem. I had to change the firewall due to a weird incompatibility issue (nothing to do with WP) and this was the result: Tags now work, I can reply to comments in the dashboard, so I’ll just go with it. [The red notification box is still snafu.]
